Return and Exchanges

Lithic Creation does not accept returns on orders shipped and delivered in the condition promised because of size, color or remorse of purchase. In the case of damage upon arrival please contact us immediately.

Exchanges will be taken on a case by case bases, Lithic Creation reserves the right to deny exchanges based on value of pieces and condition of piece. No exchanges will be accepted after 30 days.

Shipping

All items shipped from webpage includes 3-5 standard shipping. All requests for expedited shipping need to be made with in 12 hours of purchase and additional cost will apply. Please contact us for more information. In the event of a lost package Lithic Creation will file a claim with the post office and take appropriate action for refunds or exchanges. In the event of a stolen package the customer needs to file a report with their local police and send to Lithic Creation so we may take the appropriate action in rectifying the situation. In the event of a damaged package the customer needs to send pictures of damage and send to Lithic Creation for us to take appropriate action.

All orders over $150 will require a signature upon delivery. If the customer does not pick up package from post office and items are sent back to Lithic Creation, reshipping will be available at the customers expense. Lithic Creation reserves the right to refund the purchase price of unclaimed shipped items less shipping incurred.

Cancellation of Product

Lithic Creation reserves the right to cancel products or services to any customer for any reason at any time. The customer's sole remedy in such cases will be the full refund of any funds that we have collected in reference to the canceled products and/or services.

Your Account and Your Order

When you access or use the Lithic Creation website, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your information on orders, and for restricting access to your computer. If you are under the age of 18 years old, you may use LithicCreation.com only under the guidance and direction of a parent or guardian. Please note that Lithic Creation reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse service, remove or edit content or cancel orders.

In the case where a customer files a credit card dispute, Lithic Creation has the right to recover its direct and indirect costs, and cancel any promotional items, free shipping, or other benefits, as determined in Lithic Creation's sole and absolute discretion.
